Kirchberg-Therme Bad Lauterberg in the Harz Mountains

The Kirchberg-Therme in Bad Lauterberg is a modern wellness and thermal facility that offers a comprehensive range of relaxation, fitness and family leisure activities on around 4,500 m². It combines bathing pleasure with a diverse sauna landscape.

The thermal spa world includes various thermal brine pools with temperatures between 30 °C and 36 °C. The thermal brine with its high salt content and valuable minerals promotes blood circulation, strengthens the immune system, nourishes the skin with a natural peeling effect, supplies it with minerals and supports the respiratory tract through soothing inhalation.
The sauna area consists of the Finnish sauna village with three round wood saunas (60-100 °C), a bio sauna (50 °C) and a steam bath with herbal additives. In addition, a Japanese sauna with infrared heaters and the laconium with changing colored lights offer a variety of ways to relax.
