Sebastian Kneipp already knew it back then: walking barefoot is the simplest and most natural way to toughen up. Walking on the different natural surfaces of our barefoot path strengthens the muscles, tendons and ligaments and makes the joints flexible. It also promotes blood circulation and has a positive effect on blood pressure.

Our tip: Immediately after the Kneipp bath the barefoot path at the herb garden. The combination of cold water and a gentle foot massage can have a particularly activating effect.
